Ladies and gentleman,

In connection with the critical opinions about the decision of the Competition Board of the contest „Floor is the base“ and reservations on the issue of the copyright of the answer which was awarded the 1st prize we would like inform that the Jawor-Parkiet company made the decision to reject the application awarded the 1st prize and to choose again the third laureate of the contest. According to the article 3 point 5 of the Rules the Participant of the contest sending the application declares to be the author and the sole owner of its copyright and property rights. Jawor-Parkiet definitely dissociates itself from such a practice of breaching copyright.

With regard to the aforementioned issues, the 1st award will be given to the subsequent person chosen by the Board, so to the laureate of the 2nd place. The second prize, though, comes to the person who won the 3rd place.

Tomorrow ( Thursday 13.02.2014) The Competition Board will choose another 3rd place winner by voting. Keeping in mind your opinion in this voting only the answers not longer than 400 signs will be taken into consideration.

We would like to emphasize one more time that the Competition Board in its choices was led exclusively by the good of all the competitors, that is the reason why the applications longer than 400 sings were also taken into consideration.
