This year‟s edition of the Fair will be full of attractions, addressed especially to those who are planning to buy or renovate an apartment. The organisers offer to the visitors free consultations with architects, a notice-board where everybody can place an offer of an apartment sale and the free Apartments for the Young (MdM) Information Centre. The main attraction of the Fair will be the Lodz Apartment Price Reduction – the reduction of the cost of a notarial deed, conditioned by the purchase of an apartment within 14 days from the beginning of the event. Jawor-Parkiet will also present its offer.
