This time "Jawor-Parkiet League", a three-day trade conference with the participation of our business partners and key distributors of our products was not only an opportunity to take part in substantive trainings, but also a time of pleasant rest in the natural environment of Masuria. The event entertained its participants with football emotions, water trips on the picturesque Lake Jeziorak or an all-night party with live music.
We began the meeting on Tuesday, June 19, with a visit to our plant in Nowe Miasto Lubawskie. There, we have not only once again showed our guests how our products are made, but we also familiarized them in detail with new products in our machine park. This time, our long-time employees described each of the key stages in the production of our floors.
After returning to the venue, we started preparations for the evening full of sports emotions. Equipped with football gadgets, we followed and commented the matches of our team during this year's World Cup.
The first day of the conference was crowned with a formal dinner with live music.
The second day of the conference meeting commenced with two technical blocks. First of all, we invited our guests to participate in the presentation titled "Naturally unique wooden floors from Jawor-Parkiet", which was presented by our company. This was not only an excellent chance to present new products in our offer, but above all a unique opportunity to show current successes of the company on both domestic and foreign markets and to introduce our plans for the near future.
After the lunch break, during which there were plenty of lively behind-the-scenes discussions, we started a training with the participation of the surprise trainer. We invited Jerzy Engel himself - the former coach of the Polish national team, to talk about the strong connection between football and business. "2:1.  Two points of view, one team. Jerzy Engel consolidates with a common goal" training provided an opportunity to organize one's knowledge and direct one's business priorities but most of all - it has been a great source of inspiration on how to effectively overcome day-to-day professional challenges.
After two substantive meetings, we invited our guests to take part in water trips on the picturesque Lake Jeziorak, featuring the essence of the Masurian nature's beauty.
The second day of the conference ended with an all-night party with a barbecue and live music.
We spent Thursday, the 21st of June, mainly engaged in behind-the-scenes discussions, which served as a great opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss in detail the issues raised during Wednesday substantive meetings.
